Cardio will def help you shed the lbs but at the same time, lifting is really important. I work out every day and i will be the first to admit, i hate lifting. Coming from a mom who was a professional body builder, i was always lectured on how important it is. Truth is, when i do lift, i see a dramastic change in my body. It becomes toned and I drop more weight if i mix lifting with cardio. I have really dry skin and have been trying lotions for years. I read an article that said jennifer anniston and other celebrities with problem skin used the coconut oil so i decided to try it out. It works very well for me. Since it is natural and organic, my skin has no reactions. I think i have tried every brand, from overpriced ones like La Mer to cheaper ones. These two have worked the best for me.
