cold sore issues ugh

I woke up with a huge cold sore on my lip, I actually think its like 3 on top of one another, its pretty gross, I know. What can I do to reduce the sight of it or get rid of it asap?! I rarely get them so idk what to dooo. And no, its not the herpes std -__-

Try Abreva! I had a friend use it once and she said it worked pretty well... you can find it at any drugstore.

If you ever feel a cold sore coming up again ie- tingling or irritation quickly add hot water from kettle and salt mixed into a cup leave for a bit if pain threshold isnt to great and apply a bit onto a cotton but. The heat essentially kills some bacteria aswell as the salt sorting out the spreading. It may rid it before development but if not it minimises the size of it and rids Quicker. After? dont touch it.
