Get as much rest as possible, drink lots of water, take some vitamins, and eat some fruits (yummy and good for you!). I just got over a cold this week. Get well :)

Rest, vitamins, water. Ginger tea is good for sore throats though.

Oscillococcinum.I believe you can get it at stores such as Safeway or Walgreens. The kind I used came in a little orange and white tube full of little white dots-sort of like pop rocks. It works really quickly.

Garlic. It's kind of hard to bare but eating half a clove or a whole clove of garlic will help any cold :)
