Should I delete my ex off facebook?

Every time a new picture emerges on my ex's profile of him with another girl, it hurts a little more. Should I just delete him or suck it up?

Aw sorry my dear! I found it helpful... but I'm not even friend's with my current bf! haha it just turns me into a stalker, which I don't want to be. Try it... perhaps it will be freeing :)

YES! yes yes yes. if you don't want to unfriend him completely, just hide him from your newsfeed so you don't see his updates popping up to remind you of him. You can always unhide him later. :)

I agree with @kimberlee. It's so different now when you go out. Like when you start going out with a guy, you're so tempted to google his name, find him on fb and go through his pictures and whatnot, but i try to get away from that. I almost wish things weren't so public anymore, but the fact that they are, I say be the bigger person and try to avoid it. If seeing those pictures bothers you so much, don't see them. I wouldn't delete him unless he provokes you to do so.

If you can't stop yourself from being a stalker (and seeing his pics pop up doesn't make you one just yet...) maybe you should.  I have the same issues minus any girls so far, but all I did was take him off my feed completely so I don't see his updates and I just resist the urge to type his name in to go see anything.

Self control! and if you can't, then maybe you should delete him.  but that could be bad if you were really close in the past... it's up to you and how much you think you can handle. good luck!

if the relationship ended badly? yes

if the relationship didn't end badly but you two don't communicate anymore? yes

if you two are still friends? there's no point

No. Keep him and then take a picture with a hotter guy and put it as your profile pic. Then make status updates about how you are having the best sex of your life and you can't believe how bad your previous partners were.

you can actually adjust your settings so that you won't see any news-feed from him. That way you still have him on fb but you won't see any of his updates until you're ready to.

hey that's interesting how you can hide or take a person off your feed - that's the solution I'd agree. must look into that myself - it makes me feel totally yukko seeing my ex pop up with shiny new gfs... :(

Do whatever feels right in the process of breaking up. Maybe you'll talk mutually eventually. Mind you my boyfriend now did not like the fact i had my ex on my facebook. I just permanantly deleted my facebook for good because it becomes horror when in a relationship x
