They're always nice with black, white, neutral colors, certain patterns and prints (the most trickiest is animal). I wouldn't recommend jeans, the focus has to be your legs and the boots. Jeans would create a clumpy look (in my opinion).

So a nice pair of shorts, skirts, tights, and a dress. It's really tricky with these types of boots. They're more of a chic and edgy style and you don't ever want to create a trashy look with them.
