What do you wear to hang out with a crush?
I am kind of seeing this guy (we haven't put any labels on it yet) but he invited me to hang out at his house and play Beatles Rockband (I know such a romantic). I want to dress cute because I like him but I don't want to over do it because we're just hanging out at his house. What should I wear? I have been getting all kinds of different advice from friends so I thought to ask my Lovelies!

Since your going to be playing rock band maybe a cute band tee with a girly cardigan. Also a pair of dark skinny jeans and some cute studded flats.

Definitely do not wear a skirt or a dress, this goes without saying. Even with leggings or tights, it will still be awkward. I second bellaglam's skinny jeans idea. The best place to go fancy would probably be with your top. Try layering tees or just wearing your favorite shirt. A pretty pair of earrings will help light up your face.

Well don't wear anything too girly or something that you won't be comfortable moving around in. I agree with the post above, get creative with layering your Tees, or wear one with a cheeky slogan or something.. If you have a tee long enough, wear leggings underneath if you're comfortable with that, but dont wear those silly frilly tights like Taylor Momsen, because that's just not occaision appropriate, wear your flats or some cute shoes .. cons or something.. and light make up.. you don't want to look too done up. And yeah, cute earrings and carefull accesories will totally finish off your look.

Ususally they way I dress is: Skinny jeans with a dress top and heels (or boots), matching earings and a nice smile. Hehehe.
I mean I feel more comforatable when my jeans are tight because I wont be too worried of them falling off LOL. I like wearing baggy jeans (tight at hip or add a belt) with a tight shirt. Also what mood I am in.
Most importantly, when you spend time with someone you want to make sure you are yourself.
