What nail polish do you wear on a job interview?
My mom always told me that you should wear nail polish on a job interview "You don't want them to see dirty nails... it's not professional." So depending on the place I would wear certain nail colors. If it was a more trendy fashion place then I could wear this lilac purple I love. Or if it was a more "corporate" place I would wear a pale pink color. Do you wear any particular color for job interviews? If so, what color?

I would suggest wearing a light silver or cream-ish color for any job interview.
And other colors that work well are ones that compliment your skin tone. For instance, brighter colors on lighter skin might work better than darker skin. The lighter in color you are, the better light colors will work for you and vice versa.
If you're having problems choosing, you could always go for a classic clear coat or a pearl pink. Maybe something about this color: http://www.misspinkcat.com/ebay/nyx-np79.jpg
I hope that helped you! Good luck with your job interviews! :D

I would suggest wearing a neutral color. Something that isn't too bright and not too boring either.
If you need help choosing the right color for your skin tone and nail length visit: http://www.opi.comI hope this helps! It works for me whenever I am searching for new nail polish.
Good Luck on the interview.

i don't interview in coorperate places, but when i interview i make sure whatever color it is - the paint job has to be FLAWLESS. no painted cuticles, or on the sides ( i got a nail brush at sallys beauty to have more control with nail polish remover cuz im not the neatest painter ) and a shine stick to go over my nails before i go.
colorwise, i check out OPI's new line and pick a color i like for my skin tone. and always get compliments on it (:Spanish Line:

I'm simple: I keep my nails clear.

My mom actually told me that nail polish is unprofessional looking, so I always opt to keep my nails clean. In my jobs and volunteer work, they usually tell us to keep nail polish light in color or none at all (I work with kids and in health care, so flashy nails is seen either as a bad influence or unsanitary). I think the colors you've chosen are fine, but it would be more of an issue if you picked hot pink or black.

Like makeup, a very clean/neutral palette is generally preferred by employers. So, clear or neutral colored (light pink, pearl, etc.) polishes would be great. And yes, clean nails are ALWAYS the way to go :)

I personally don't wear nail polish to interviews because I think it can be distracting. But a nice clear or beige shade wouldn't be unprofessional!
